Rob Kardashian and Adrienne Bailon still have a constant reminder of their broken relationship — inked into their skin.
Adrienne Bailon regrets her intimate tattoo
Singer and actress Adrienne Bailon dated Rob Kardashian between 2007 and 2009, and she admits to a lapse in judgment when she decided to get the awful body ink of her then-boyfriend's name — sprawled across her bottom.
Bailon, who appeared on many of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians episodes during her time with Rob, admits she made a "very bad decision" and has started to get her tattoo removed.
The former Cheetah Girls singer, who now appears on the new talk show The Real, said to her co-hosts during a recent episode, "I've gotten pretty bad tattoos before. Everybody knows I have the ratchet-iest booty tattoo of an ex-boyfriend. I don't know what I was thinking."
She went on to say, "It's awful. Ten-letter last name — Kardashian. It's pretty bad, yeah. Now that is a ratchet tattoo.
I made a very bad decision. Don't follow my example." Although she was not the only one who made a well-intentioned mistake, as Rob, in turn, got a tattoo of Bailon's name etched onto his left ribcage. In reflection of her decision, Bailon actually thinks her ex-boyfriend's lengthy last name looks more like a black blob on her bottom. When asked how she had managed to fit his 10-letter family name on her petite bottom, Bailon responded, "Mr. Cartoon did my tattoo... It was sized down so much that it actually started looking almost like a black blob." While Kardashian does not seem to mind the insignificant tattoo on his body for the time being, Bailon has explained that she is "in the process" of having the tattoo removed via laser treatment, but found the smell of her own burning flesh rather traumatizing. She said to co-hosts Tamar Braxton, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Loni Love and Jeannie Mai, "It does not feel good. You could smell your flesh burning — and it's my a** flesh burning!" Bailon and Kardashian broke up in 2009 after almost two years of dating and Kardashian apparently learned his lesson when it comes to getting his girlfriends' names inked onto his body. Kardashian and Rita Ora wrote each other's names on their hands and he mischievously tweeted out a picture last summer, "Sh-t got crazy tonight… What can I say… #tatmynameonya."
