Sometimes Kim Kardashian, 34, needs a hand, too! The KUWTK
star looked like she needed some assistance when lifting North West, 2, out of
the car on Aug 2. Now that she’s in the middle of her second pregnancy, with
her bump growing bigger and bigger each day, we’re impressed she was able to

The struggle is real. Kim carried Nori in her arms to a
friend’s birthday party in Los Angeles, wearing a tight beige dress which
showed off her bump. While normally all eyes would be on her bump, it was
obvious that poor Kim was struggling to hold North. Is it just us or does Nori
look like she’s going to take a serious fall out of Kim’s arms? Kim has been
open about her struggles during pregnancy, including dealing with morning
sickness and swelling feet and ankles, and it seems like fatigue is another
thing she will want to add to her list!
Kim has also dealt with some backlash and controversy during
her pregnancy. Fans have speculated that the KUWTK star is faking her pregnancy
since the size of her bump seems to fluctuate. Luckily, Kim thinks the rumors
are “hysterical” and she’s been focusing on the positive things in her life
instead, like North’s new interest in soccer. She’s also fought the rumors by showing

Kanye West, however, thinks that the fake pregnancy rumors
are a slap in the face, after all they did to get pregnant. He’ll do everything
he can to silence the rumors! Well, we think Kim struggling to carry Nori while
her bump is on full display says enough.
